Ericas Secret Japanese Steak Sauce

if you have ever been to one of those Japanese Teppanyaki restaurants than you will know this sauce. This is a very similar style sauce that goes well with so many things, especially steak and rice. I have also used this for shrimp, lobster and fries! 

I buy my sesame a at superstore in the bulk section. To toast, spray a pan with oil spray and add seeds. lightly roast over low heat. Remove from heat when they start to brown.

I like to mix my mustard powder with a bit of water before blending with the other ingredients.

You don't need a fancy blender, my Hamilton Beach Single Serve Blender works just fine!
