Here is an easy recipe for a Roast Chicken Dinner!
Take a whole chicken and rinse with water and then pat dry. Place into a roasting pan or a glass baking dish, either will work. sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and a little bit of thyme. Roast in a 450• oven for about an hour.
That's it, serve with any sides you like. We love mashed potatoes and gravy!!
